Description:

LNX installationin a detached single-family house with swimming pool. 

By means of the installed KNX devices we integrate: 

• The air conditioning of the house: The house has fan coil air conditioning fancoils and underfloor heating. The air-conditioning machines are as -powered, controlled by KNX fan coil actuators. In each room there is a touch screen that acts as a thermostat. With the same thermostat,we can control, the air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as control the lights and curtains in the room. 

• Lighting: The house has On/Off type lights andin some en circuits their intensity can be regulated. The lighting system chosen for dimming is the DALI system, which uses a DALI-KNX gateway to control the luminaires from the KNX pushbuttons and pushbutton panels installed in the house. 

The pool luminaires use the DMX system, to be able to make colour combinations. In order to integrate these luminaires into the home automation system, a DMX-KNX gateway has been used. In this way, as with the DALI system, we can control the pool lights and their colour from the different home automation sensors installed.

• Curtains: By means of KNX actuators, we can control the curtains of the house individually and jointly (all at the same time).

• Video door entry system: A video door entry system has been installed in the house, which allows us to integrate it into a KNX touch screen, thus saving the customer from having to install another panel just for the video door entry system. This video door entry system allows external calls, i.e. if the customer is not at home and there is a knock at the door, the call will jump to his mobile phone, being able to answer as if he were at home.

• Control and visualisation: A web server has been installed in this home, which allows us to create a customised visualisation for the client. By means of this web server, the user has total individual and centralised control of the entire KNX installation, whether he is at home or away, by means of his mobile device.
