Description:

LNX installationin a detached single-family house with swimming pool. 

By means of the installed KNX devices we integrate: 

• The air conditioning of the house: The house has fan coil air conditioning and underfloor heating. The air-conditioning machines are water-powered, controlled by KNX fan coil actuators. In each room there is a touch screen that acts as a thermostat. With the same thermostat, we can control the air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as control the lights and blinds in the room.

• Lighting: The house has On/Off type lights and some circuits can be dimmed. We have different dimming equipment, as dimming an LED strip is not the same as dimming an LED bulb. For this we use universal dimmers (phase cut dimming) and constant voltage dimmers for LED strips.

• Cortinas. With KNX actuators we can control individually de manera conjunta (todas a la vez) the cortinas de la vivienda. 

• Video door entry system: A video door entry system has been installed in the home, which allows us to integrate it into the central panel that controls the entire home automation installation. This video door entry system allows external calls, i.e. if the client is not at home and there is a knock at the door, the call will be forwarded to their mobile phone, allowing them to answer as if they were at home.

• Control and visualisation: By means of a KNX main screen, which acts as the video door entry system's indoor unit, the customer has total control of the installation. In addition, this screen, being connected to the internet, allows the customer to connect to it via mobile App, so that even when away from home you can access it and perform actions in your home, as if you were at home.

Functions:

By creating scenes, the customer can perform various functions with a single gesture. As an example, in this home, the customer has two buttons at the entrance to the home. One is the arrival scene, which activates the lights that he normally turns on when he arrives home. The other scene is the goodbye scene, which turns off all lighting, closes the curtains and turns off the air conditioning.

The client has some warnings, called technical alarms, that when the alarm goes off, a message immediately arrives on their mobile device and on the central panel of the home. The configured warnings are the Alarm for overconsumption of water and alarm for low temperature in the hot water tank.
