Description:
KNX installation in a detachedsingle-family house with swimming pool.
Via the installed KNX devices we integrate:
Air-conditioning of the dwelling: The property is equipped with air-conditioning by fancoils and underfloor heating. The air-conditioning machinesare thewater supply, is controlled by KNXfancoil actuators. In each room there is a touch screen that acts as a thermostat.. With the same thermostat, we can control air-conditioning and underfloor heating, as wellascontouringthelights and curtains of the stay.
Lighting: The house is fitted with standard lighting On/Off andinsome circuits it is possible to regulate its intensity. The lighting system chosen for dimming is the DALI system, which uses a DALI-KNX gateway, we control the luminaire from the KNX pushbuttons and pushbutton panels installed in the home.
The pool luminaires use a DMX system, so that colour combinations can be made. In order to integrate these luminaires into the home automation system, a DMX-KNX gateway has been used. In this way, as with the DALI system, we can control the pool lights and their colour from the different home automation sensors installed.
Curtains: KNX actuators can be used to individually control and monitor jointly (all at the same time)thecurtains in the house.
Video door entry system: In the house has been installed a video door entry system, that allows us to integrate it at a KNX touch screen,this saves the customer from having to install another panel just for the video door entry system.. This video door entry system allows external calls, i.e. if the customer is not at home. and there is a knock at the door, the call will be forwarded to your mobile phone and you can answer as if you were at home.
Control and visualisation: A web server has been installed in this house, which allows us to create a customised visualisation for the customer. Through this web server, the user, has full individual and centralised control of the entire KNX installation, whether it is in the home or in the building., as if it is out of itvia your mobile device.
