Description:
KNX installation in a detachedsingle-family house with swimming pool.
Via the installed KNX devices we integrate:
Air-conditioning of the dwelling: The property is equipped with air-conditioning by fancoils and underfloor heating. The air-conditioning machinesare thewater supply, is controlled by KNXfancoil actuators. In each room there is a touch screen that acts as a thermostat.. With the same thermostat, we can control air-conditioning and underfloor heating, moreover ofcheck thelights and blinds in the room.
Lighting: The house is fitted with standard lighting On/Off and some circuits can be regulated. We have different dimming equipment, as dimming an LED strip is not the same as dimming an LED bulb. For this we use regulators Dimmer Universals (phase cut regulation) and regulators Dimmer constant voltage, for LED strips.
Curtains. KNX actuators can be used to individually andjointly (all at the same time) thecurtains of the property.
Video door entry system: In the house has been installed a video door entry system, that allows us to integrate it in the central panel that controls the entire home automation installation. This video door entry system allows external calls, i.e. if the customer is not at home. and there is a knock at the door, the call will be forwarded to your mobile phone and you can answer as if you were at home.
Control and visualisation: By means of a main display KNX, which makes the video door entry indoor unit function, the customer has total control of the installation. In addition, this screen, being connected to the internet, allows the customer to connect to it. via App mobile, so that still while away from home you can access it and perform actions in your home, as if it were in the dwelling itself.
Functionalities:
Through the creation of scenes, the customer can realise several functions with a single gesture. As an example, in this dwelling the client has two buttons at the entrance of the home. One is the scene arrival, which activates the lights that normally turn on on arriving home. The other scene, is the farewell scene, which turns off the whole illumination, closethe curtains and turn off climate control
The client has some warnings, demoninated technical alarms, which when the alarm is triggered, a message immediately arrives on your mobile device and on the home’s central panel. The alarms that are configured are the Alarm for overconsumption of water and alarm for low temperature in the hot water tank.
